THE COMMUNITY JOURNEY

From participation
to visible impact.

The Growth Path connects activity, contribution and responsibility. Points can open the door; useful work and consistency give the journey meaning.

Built from the published Discord guide

This page reflects the official Growth Path posts available in the StandX Discord, including the October 2025 guide and later Seed → Sprout and Flower updates. Requirements can evolve, so Discord remains the final operational source.

THE PRACTICAL PATH

What actually moves a journey forward?

The guide combines measurable entry points with human evaluation. It is not a guaranteed formula.

01

Participate with purpose

Events, useful discussion, official-post engagement, community content and daily activities can generate Engage Points.

02

Reach the Seed threshold

The published guide sets 3,000 Engage Points as eligibility to apply for Seed. Acceptance also reviews genuine activity and account participation.

03

Choose a squad

Seed members register one primary squad, follow its task board and submit evidence through the official task-submission flow.

04

Become visible through value

Moderators consider tasks, consistency, discussion, member support, initiative, expertise and the quality of what was delivered.

HOW THE PATH EVOLVES

Four moments in a community journey

Roles explain involvement and responsibility. They are context—not a ranking of personal worth.

00

Stander

Learn the product, join conversations and discover where your skills can be useful.

01

Seed

The entry role. The published guide uses 3,000 Engage Points followed by a Seed application and activity review.

02

Sprout

An active contributor selected through squad work, official tasks, consistency and visible community participation.

03

Flower

A core community role for sustained delivery, leadership, responsibility and ecosystem impact.

SEED → SPROUT SNAPSHOT

Published requirements, with context.

The historical program combined a shared baseline with squad-specific evidence. These numbers describe the published program; current requirements are available in the official StandX Discord.

Shared baseline

Maintain at least 4,000 Engage Points, stable activity and good community standing.

Official work

Choose a squad, complete official tasks and submit evidence in the designated channels.

Beyond task count

Discussion, helping newcomers, making expertise visible and initiating useful conversations are also evaluated.

HISTORICAL PROGRAM SNAPSHOT

What counted as squad-level evidence.

The published Seed → Sprout program translated each route into concrete proof. These historical targets help explain the standard of contribution; always check Discord for the current cycle.

THE EVIDENCE PIPELINE

How useful work becomes a visible contribution.

This is a practical interpretation of the published guidance, not an official scoring formula. No single task or metric guarantees a role.

01

Contribution

Create useful work aligned with a real community or product need.

02

Evidence

Preserve a live link, source post, screenshot, report or selected-work record.

03

Visibility

Submit it in the right channel, explain the context and help people use it.

04

Review

Quality, consistency, helpfulness and documented outcomes build the full picture.

The technical principle: a contribution is easier to review when its origin, output, author, destination and outcome can all be verified.

REAL COMMUNITY EXAMPLES

What meaningful contribution can look like.

These examples show different forms of evidence already created by Standers. They are not a ranking or a checklist that guarantees progression.

PRACTICAL ADVICE

How to build a contribution people remember.

  1. 01

Learn before broadcasting. Use the product and understand the community before trying to teach it.

  2. 02

Choose one useful lane. Depth in a real skill is more valuable than appearing everywhere.

  3. 03

Show evidence. Submit links, screenshots, outcomes and direct access to what you created.

  4. 04

Help without waiting for a task. Strong contributors notice problems and make something useful.

  5. 05

Stay consistent. Flower updates explicitly require continued activity, support and weekly self-review.

COMMUNITY RECOGNITION

What does Special Contributor mean?

Special Contributor recognizes members whose work stood out through projects, research, community support or sustained impact. In current profiles, this recognition may appear alongside the Sprout role.

What this recognition signals
  • A contribution that went beyond routine participation
  • Visible impact through useful work or consistent support
  • Recognition recorded in an official community announcement
  • It is presented here as an additional recognition, not as a replacement for Seed, Sprout or Flower
